Many former Cardiff Racing engineers have gone on to become highly successful and talented employees in engineering and other fields. Spending time as part of our team is an opportunity that all have found enjoyable and useful. Experience gained from past years is something that we are always keen to continue to deliver to our volunteers and pass on to their future employers and companies. Each year, several of our graduates leave Cardiff University to work for our sponsors on placement years or in full time employment.
